Our vintage zoo series continues, this time with a few great shots from the Denver Zoo taken in 1979. Vintage Zoo Pictures: San Diego Zoo 1984

This is the start of a new series of posts I've titled Vintage Pictures! I was digging through a couple of my parent's old photo albums when I stumbled across a couple of gems: classic zoo pictures from the mid 80s. In fact, our first batch of pictures were taken at the San Diego Zoo in 1984. You can see the small, plain, old style exhibits for the Asian elephants, giraffes, and hippos.
